Our first event and now well established in its 11th year as the most-loved cycling event in our region. Come and join are riders regardless of your experience level, age and goal – whether its to raise money for your charity, get fit and active or simply enjoy a big day out surrounded by like minded cycling friends new and old.  

The 2024 Tour de Broads returns to the spacious Octagon Park in Little Plumstead on the outskirts of Norwich. The wide open and rolling landscape with some beautiful country roads lends its self to the perfect place for over 2000 cyclists to enjoy a day out round the broads.

Tour de Broads is a great event for everyone no matter how long you have been cycling or what bike you ride. You can challenge yourself on either a 25, 50, 75 or 100 mile route! Get you very first sportive medal in 2023. All routes will be fully risk assessed, signposted and supported by the wonderful team here at TPR Events. 

Our riders come in all shapes and sizes on all types of bikes, e-bikes, tandems, hand-cycles and even foot-bikes!

You will receive a souvenir rider number for the event.

Every participant will get a custom medal when finishing.

Broom wagons will be available for mechanicals and support.

100 Mile Route

Join hundreds of other cyclists competing the 100 mile route. This route takes in the full Norfolk Broads, seeing more than 5 broads, 6 windmills and 10’s of beautiful villages. You will loop down south first then heading across towards the coast with your final stretch heading south back down to your finish at Little Plumstead

This route is suitable to any bike as long as you are comfortable riding it for 100 miles. We take you along quiet b-roads as well as some bigger roads to help that all important average speed. We will support you every step of the way with FREE drink stops and lunch provided as well.

Join hundreds of other cyclists competing the 75 mile route. This route takes in the full Norfolk Broads, seeing more tan 5 broads, 6 windmills and 10’s of beautiful villages. You will loop down south first then heading across towards the coast with your final stretch heading south back down to your finish at Little Plumstead

This route is suitable to any bike as long as you are comfortable riding it for 75 miles. We take you along quiet b-roads as well as some bigger roads to help that all important average speed. We will support you every step of the way with FREE drink stops and lunch provided as well.

You will loop down south first then heading across towards the coast with your final stretch heading south back down to your finish at Little Plumstead

This route is suitable to any bike as long as you are comfortable riding it for 50 miles. We take you along quiet b-roads as well as some bigger roads to help that all important average speed. We will support you every step of the way with FREE drink stops.

Family Route

Join hundreds of other cyclists competing the family route. 

This route is suitable to any bike as long as you are comfortable riding it. We take you along quiet b-roads. We will support you every step of the way with broom wagons available for any issues.

Our charity partner this year is once again Nelson’s Journey. With a donation from every entry going to the charity, you have the option of increasing your donation at checkout, or join the Nelson’s Journey Team pledging to raise £150 or more for the charity and ride Tour de Broads for free.
